Articles on Demand user License
The articles, Articles on Demand™ (the Articles), are made available to you (the Subscriber) by Time to Organize (the Publisher) for your use conditioned on your acceptance without modification of all terms, conditions, and other notices. Your purchase and subscription to, or use of, the Articles constitutes your agreement to the terms of this License Agreement which may be modified and amended by Publisher from time to time.
Authorized Use: After purchase of the Articles, you are licensed to and may use Articles for your own personal viewing and reading and your company’s personnel’s viewing and reading. You are licensed to and may copy and redistribute Articles to any third parties so long as no fee is charged directly or indirectly, and so long as such third parties are clients and are not professional organizers. This License is not non-transferrable and bulk redistribution (i.e., Listserve use) is expressly prohibited.
Rights Retained: All right, title and interest in and to the Articles and Articles content including copyright and other intellectual property rights are and shall remain with Publisher and instead a limited right of use which is revocable is set forth in this License Agreement.
Disclaimers: The information included in the Articles may include inaccuracies or typographical errors. Articles are provided “AS IS”, and without any warranty of any kind, express of implied. SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMED ARE ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTIBILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NONINFRINGEMENT. Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Publisher for any claim or matter arising out of Customer’s own Articles use or redistribution.
Remedies: In no case will anyone be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, special or other damages due to any use of the Articles. IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH ANY PORTION OF THE ARTICLES OR ANY ARTICLES CONTENT YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USING THE ARTICLES.
Refunds: No refunds will be offered.
