marketing services for professional organizers

clockAre you promoting your business in a way that feels natural,
fits your budget, and connects you with YOUR choice clients?

Marketing your business is essential for attracting new clients, retaining current clients, and reaching past clients. But for many, marketing does not come easily. It takes time and professional marketing skills, which can be in short supply for small business owners.

But how different would your professional life be if you had your own personal marketing specialist — someone who could assist you in getting your business to the next level? You’d be able to spend time concentrating on favorite aspects of your job, rather than developing marketing materials and techniques.

Client Testimonial

Sara Pedersen has been a remarkable resource for my marketing needs. While I’ve been in business as a professional organizer for 6 years, my focus is always on my clients and speaking engagements. I know I am “marketing-deficient” in my thinking process. But I don’t have to worry about that, because Sara is always right on with her suggestions to me. She has helped to write my web copy, she has created marketing programs for me, she writes fantastic ad content, and I use her “Articles on Demand” in my e-zines. Only a fellow professional organizer can do what she does — it’s as if she’s in my head. If I had to run my business and handle my own marketing needs, there’s no way I could be effective. Sara has been a life-saver for me. Always professional.  Always right-on with her recommendations.

sara’s mission

My mission as a marketing specialist is to provide affordable, on-time, personalized marketing assistance to professional organizers. Marketing need not be expensive or something to dread! I want to help my clients make the most of their marketing budgets and unique strengths, so I provide a variety of methods to reach their target markets. I offer writing, editing, and proofreading services (brochures, web copy, flyers, and more), brand development (company name creation, tag line, and key marketing message), marketing plan and timeline development, and more!

My goal is to work within my clients’ budget — whether they choose a simple one-hour phone consultation, an in-depth marketing plan plus follow-up services, or anything in between. I work with clients to set realistic time lines so that project completion is on schedule.

Most importantly, I focus on creating marketing materials, plans, and promotions that allow my clients’ authenticity to shine through. I help my clients reach their prospects in ways that feel natural — not gimmicky or slick — and attract the type of clients they truly desire.
