  • This newsletter template will enhance your company’s brand — it will include your company colors and logo. 
  • You have the opportunity to jot a quick “from the owner” note to include in the newsletter’s intro, or we will write a short intro for you.
  • You may provide a paragraph or two that shares information about your company, such as your mission statement, the services you provide, your ideal client profile, or anything that tells your readers a bit about who you are.
  • Your contact information and personal photo/headshot will be clearly visible on the template.
  • Your first article will be provided for you from our Articles on Demand library. You may pick the article you want or allow us to select it for you.
  • Your first issue will include an appropriate photo/graphic to go along with the main article.
  • We can include an “inspirational quote of the month” from our library of organizing-related quotes.
  • You have the option to include a special offer in this issue to get your phone ringing. You may select an offer from our pre-written list of offers or write your own.
  • We can include links to your social media accounts, such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
  • You have the opportunity to give your newsletter a title/name.
  • We proofread the entire issue, check to ensure all links are working properly, and schedule your first issue’s send date and time.
  • In addition, we will provide the code you need to put an e-newsletter sign-up link on your website.

Do you have an example of a custom newsletter?
Two sample newsletters are shown above. You may contact us if you’d like to have one emailed to you for your closer review. Of course, your template will be customized for your business, with your company colors and logo, personal headshot, contact information, and more!

How long does it take to set up my first newsletter?
Once you pay and provide us with some basic info (company colors, contact info) and graphics (logo, headshot, etc.), we can get started. In most cases, you’ll have your first draft within about two weeks.

What about subsequent months’ issues?
We will help you set up a consistent monthly schedule. We will select your articles that are relevant to the time of year or organizing-related holidays that occur in specific months. Or, you may select any article of your choice from our Articles on Demand library, so long as you get it to us by our requested deadline.

I would like a custom-designed graphic, logo, or header for my e-newsletter. Can you do that?
While we do not offer graphic design services, we can connect you with a great designer who can do it at an affordable rate.

What choices do I have for images/photos?
We will provide one image per issue at no additional charge that works with the main article’s topic. If you desire a different image or multiple images, you will need to provide those to us in JPG format. Constant Contact does offer a unique library with millions of images (for an additional charge of $5 per month) that you might find helpful.

Can I provide photos or images for each issue?
Yes, you may upload them to your Constant Contact account and let us know that you’d like to use them for a specific issue.

What if I’d like to have more than one article or desire additional custom changes to one or many issues?
We can provide these services at a small additional charge. Please contact us for details.

Will you set up my account with Constant Contact?
No, you will need to do that, as you’ll need to provide your contact information and set up a username and password. We want you to have full access to your account, whether you hire us to just create the template or to manage your newsletter on a month-to-month basis.

Who pays for my Constant Contact or MailChimp account?
The account is yours, and you are responsible for setting up and paying for that account. Constant Contact accounts begin at $15 a month for 500 subscribers and have the option to purchase its amazing library of over one million images for an additional $5 a month. (Pricing is subject to change. Please see their website to confirm pricing and details.) Constant Contact offers a free 3-month trial and many flexible add-ons as your business grows. It also provides a code so you can link up your e-newsletter subscriber form on your website.
